Events and Services

This page is for private parties and events held at the Parish Hall and Church Sacraments that are not part of any regular scheduled service.

The contract page and rules of usage are below for your review. The Facilities usage agreement is soon to come.

* A Day events constitutes any event that ends before 5PM

* Hours are actual event hours

All contributions exclusive of cleaning fees and on site staff representative

All events no matter what the size or hours are subject to a $500.00 refundable security deposit (no exceptions) in addition to usage contribution


Day Events:

*3 hour event $400.00 Contribution

1 hour setup and breakdown


*4 hour event $500.00 Contribution

2 hour setup and breakdown


*2 hour business meeting $250.00 Contribution

no setup and no breakdown time allotted


Evening Events:

*4 hour $ 750.00 Contribution

plus security fee of $35.00 per hour x the hours of the event

Two hour set up and 1 hour breakdown

Church Sacrament and ceremony


church policy includes:

A becoming an active parishioner

B. At least 90 days notice or six months if previously married

C. Pre-Marital counseling with priest and certified counselor


Donation 1,000.00 Contribution includes (organist fee, priest's discretionary fund, cleaning, and contribution)

Please Note:

Absolutely positively NO EVENTS will pass the hour of Midnight.


Events that do not end at the agreed time in accordance with the terms of the lease agreement will be held as a breach of contract and the security deposit will be charged according to the rules are regulations on the agreement.


We are very sorry but we are only prepared to receive Cashiers Checks or Cash as security deposit and payment for the events.


There will be no partial hour charges. Any overtime will be charged at the rate of 150.00 per hour for any time thereof.


No alcohol on premises unless you have acquired the proper license and insurance for the particular event.


The Contribution amounts may change without notice.


Event dates are not guaranteed until the Church has a fully executed contract and the deposit.


Its is the sole discretion of the Church to determine if any particular event will require a security guard on site during the event, except for the evening events which will ALL require security.


Any Cancellation will loose the entire security deposit. We urge you to read and ask questions if you are not clear of the contract prior to signing it. All event contracts are final.
